We started KFL Homes to help families build their dream homes on-time, on budget and to a high quality. Too often families are taken advantage of in the construction industry, resulting in financial stress and dissatisfaction. We wanted to end this!
Our Process
We believe that building a home should be an enjoyable and stress-free experience. That's why we work closely with our clients every step of the way, from the initial design phase to the final walk-through. We take you through the entire journey, including negotiating prices with trades and suppliers, so you have control in the process and are not shocked with unexpected payments.
Our Expertise
Ben Whitby and Will Loosemore are our co-CEOs, who both bring unique qualities. Ben has over 25 years of construction development experience. He has managed over $70 million pounds worth of developments in the United Kingdom, and has brought this extensive experience to Canada. Will was a Management Consultant for 10 years at Deloitte and for his own consulting business, who had a passion for real estate. His management consulting experience has given him exceptional business and project management expertise. This expertise coupled with Ben's construction experience has allowed them to re-shape how construction projects are managed and executed.
